With our unique system you can not only manage your website, but also the people who contribute to it. Our advanced user management feature allows anyone, anywhere to change what you decide.
An incredibly flexible permission system lets you create and assign any number of users to any number of groups and then grant or deny these groups authoring access to any module within your site. You can even control access to different features on the pages – so you can allow Bob in Marketing to update the trade show schedule under the Events listing but not the News listing, even if they’re on the same page. This system enables you to set endless levels of permissions so you have complete control over who is editing content within different areas of your site.
Let your managers, Manage
Our Advanced Roles Manager will allow you to micro-manage the groups you create, thus controlling the Admin users for your site. You may have as many or as few administrators as you feel fit. Allow others to share the work load, or simply let them do the updates, then on your free time come back and publish the pages.
Once logged into the system Administrators can clearly identify which pages need to be published to the web. Our simple point and click interface alows this to be accomplished with ease.
